All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Customer Delivery Information
At Tailor & Row, we prioritize the safety and timely delivery of your orders. Every order is dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
The estimated delivery time displayed on the checkout page includes preparation and shipping time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Below are the expected shipping times:
- For US orders (from US warehouse): 3-7 business days
- For US orders (from international warehouse): 7-10 business days
- For Western Europe orders (from international warehouse): 7-10 business days
- For non-US/non-Western Europe orders: 10-15 business days
Please note that delivery times for Standard Shipping are estimates and may be affected by customs or other factors beyond our control.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

A: We accept returns for change of mind, size, or style adjustments in exchange for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags and packaging. Returns that don’t meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at your expense.

A: Download the returns form from our website and include it in your return package. Handwritten or digital copies are accepted if you can’t print the form. Ensure your order number, name, and email are provided. Ship your return using a registered post service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost items. Once received, we will email you to confirm your refund or issue store credit in the form of a gift card with no expiration.

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer pre-paid return labels, and return costs are not reimbursed.

A: International customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a local postal service with tracking. Shipping costs may vary, but for US customers, First Class Package International Service with USPS typically costs $20-30 USD and takes 10-20 business days to reach us.
Q: What is the additional fee for exchanges?
A: Australian exchanges incur a $12 processing and shipping fee. International exchanges incur a $12 USD fee, with shipments sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping with tracking.
Q: Can sale items be returned?
A: Sale items are final and cannot be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Q: What happens if my parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect?
A: A fee of $25-30 (AUD or USD) will be charged for Australian and international customers to cover the cost of reshipping.
Q: How is store credit issued?
A: Store credit is issued as a gift card with no expiration date and can be used storewide.
Q: How long does it take to process a return?

Q: What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
A: Contact us immediately with a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items with faults occurring after two months will not be accepted. Refunds are issued only if the item is faulty and cannot be replaced.
Q: How do Afterpay returns work?
A: If you return an Afterpay order, your Afterpay payment plan will continue, but you will receive store credit for the returned item.
Q: What is Shipping Protection?
A: We offer Shipping Protection at checkout for $1.99, covering parcel loss, damage, and theft. If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
